If you are from anywhere else you will need to use a proxy, go to
Paste this into the proxy url bar:

Hit Enter and Log In to Stardoll
Now in the URL bar of the proxy paste this:

Click on the image of Lily and done... the freebie will be in your suite in a while.\
If you are from FRANCE follow the steps below WITHOUT using a proxy...just go to the pages mentioned in the post find the pets and click them!!
